Refund policy

I hope you will love your purchase but please get in touch if you are not 100% happy and we will sort it out!

You may return the product within 14 days.  Goods must be unused and in 'as new' condition.  Please return using secure packaging (re-use the original packaging where possible).  Please obtain proof of postage and once I receive the item I will refund you excluding the return delivery cost. 

 

If your item arrives damaged, please let me know within 48 hours.  Please send photos of the damaged item and packaging so that a claim with the postal service can be made.  I will provide you with a replacement or a refund after the item has been returned.  I will cover the postage costs if this has been requested.
